Directions & Precautions
Suggested use: As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule twice a day. For best results take 20-30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Vitamin D dosing note: Each capsule has 5,000 IU of vitamin D3. Two capsules a day is 10,000 IU, which is above the 4,000 IU (100 mcg) daily upper limit set for adults. Talk to your doctor before taking more than 1 capsule a day, or if you use it long term or take other vitamin D.
Caution: Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a physician if pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition. Vitamin K2 can interact with blood thinners such as warfarin: talk to your doctor first if you take one.
